The first step is all about you and your introduction. you give me a lay down of your health history so I have all the information I need to plan your diet. Here you will fill some initial personal details.
Assessment
You will have to fill in your personal details, medical history, lifestyle history, diet history, diet recall. so that we can design a diet that suits your individual requirements. Make sure the information given is accurate so that it becomes easy to plan your diet accordingly.
BCA (Body Composition Analaysis)
Lets talk numbers. Here we figure out what your weight is actually made up of. How much fat you need to lose and the amount of muscle you may need to gain. You and your body deserve better than that! So we'll make sure you lose fat and not just weight!
Personalised Diet Plan
We design a diet keeping in mind your lifestyle, dietary preferences and local food availablity. We also recommend an exercise schedule that will supplement your diet and fit into your daily routine.
A Better Way
We meet every 10 days to change the meal plan. Your body needs a new foods to burn fat at a faster rate. You will have to do a Self-evaluation of full body measurements every 15 days.
